Court documents revealed new details about a man charged with entering a woman's home without permission.
The victim told police that 38-year-old Edward Ham was sitting on her couch, staring at her when she woke up early Monday morning.
She says Ham had been drinking at a nearby apartment and tried talking to her before the incident. She asked Ham to leave, but called police when he later returned to her back door.
Ham was arrested at the Waena Apartments in Liliha for unauthorized entry in a dwelling.
Ham is being held on $20,000 bail.
He's scheduled to return to court on Friday.
