A 30-year-old man was rushed to the hospital Friday morning after he nearly drowned in waters off Waikiki.
The incident was reported shortly before 11:30 a.m.
The Honolulu Emergency Services Division says the man was found floating in waters fronting the Moana Surfrider Hotel.
Honolulu Police say the man was pulled out of the water and taken to Straub Hospital in critical condition.
