Honolulu Police arrested a 54-year-old man Tuesday after stealing a bicycle in Waikiki.
They say the theft happened May 8, 2013 and was captured on video surveillance.
The bike's owner, a 28-year-old man says the bike was valued at $300.
After the suspect was positively identified, the suspect was located and arrested on July 9 for habitual property crime.
