The Kauai Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing man.
Richard Leibman, 35, was last seen at the Lihue Airport on July 23 when he and his mother were scheduled to catch a flight back home to Texas. He has not made contact with his family since.
Leibman is 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighs roughly 140 pounds. He has blue eyes and light brown hair.
