One of Honolulu's finest was arrested for theft and tampering with government records.
Zelda Cabudol is a 22-year veteran of the Honolulu Police Department.
Cabudol, 51, was booked on Thursday following an internal investigation, in which she was found to have falsified her time sheets.
Last month, she pleaded no contest to the charges and was granted a one-year deferral.
If she stays out of trouble during that time, her record will be wiped clean.
HPD says Cabudol has been restored to full duty in the department.
It's the holiday season and that means parties, fun and for some, drinking. However, police are on the lookout for drunk drivers. One family offered a reminder on Sunday, why it's important to not drink and drive.
Airline officials say due to the wintry weather several flights to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and from there Sunday were cancelled.
Saturday was Laulima Day across the state. All of you who gave so generously from your heart, thank you so much! Like previous years, the aloha was overflowing.
