An Oahu grand jury has indicted a former private school teacher accused of sexually assaulting a student.
William Plourde, 53, was a teacher at Sacred Hearts Academy for 29 years.
According to court documents, the alleged assaults took place in June and July.
Plourde's bail remains set at $200,000.
About 40 students got sick and 25 of them, along with two adults, were taken to the hospital. Officials are now taking a look at what they ate for lunch.
Honolulu police are investigating two armed robberies that may be connected.
Hawaii has been ranked the healthiest state in the nation. It's a nice jump from second place last year by the United Health Foundation.
