The shelves are being built by the Rotary Club of Honolulu and West Honolulu.
These shelves will be used to display the culinary offerings of new chefs.
This is all part of Rotary at Work day. Every few months, rotary clubs join in service for the community to make life a little better for those in need.
This project is taking place at Pacific Gateway in Chinatown.
