TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -The Arizona Cardinals have signed receiver Robby Toma, and released tight end Kyle Auffray and running back William Powell.
Arizona also waved receiver Michael Rios with a non-football injury.
Toma is a rookie free agent from Notre Dame, where he caught 24 passes for 252 yards in 13 games as a senior last year.
Powell, in his second year out of Kansas State, ran for 217 yards and caught 19 passes for 132 yards last season.
