Allegiant Air announces a new, nonstop flights between Honolulu and Los Angeles starting October 30.
The company will introduce the new service with fares starting from $99 one way.
"We are confident Oahu residents will appreciate the value of booking their L.A. vacation package with Allegiant, and the new service will attract Los Angeles visitors with the low-cost Hawaiian vacations Allegiant has become known for,"Allegiant Travel Company President Andrew C. Levy said.
"Allegiant's nonstop service between Honolulu and Los Angeles, the largest gateway city to Hawaii, will provide an estimated $26 million in visitor spending and $3 million in tax revenue for the state," Hawaii Tourism Authority president and CEO Mike McCartney said.
The new flights will operate twice weekly between Honolulu International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport beginning October 30, 2013.
