Honolulu police are looking for Brian Freitas.
"On January 20, 2012, the complainant noticed he wasn't receiving his bank statements for a couple of months, and went down to the bank to inquire. While a the bank he discovered his ATM card was being used over several times, from November through January, thousands and thousands of dollars were withdrawn. Video from the ATM revealed that the suspect was Brian Freitas, a relative," Honolulu Police Sergeant Kim Buffett said.
Freitas was arrested for fraudulent use of a credit card.
He's now wanted on a $50,000 warrant in connection with that case for not showing up for his hope modification hearing two weeks ago.
Brian Freitas is 47 years-old, 5'7", 170 pounds.
"He does have 47 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waipahu area," Sgt. Buffett said.

About 40 students got sick and 25 of them, along with two adults, were taken to the hospital. Officials are now taking a look at what they ate for lunch.
Honolulu police are investigating two armed robberies that may be connected.
