Honolulu police are looking for Takeru Mizoguchi.
"On October 21, 2010 at 11 p.m. an officer hears a loud moped coming up Kapahulu Avenue. He stops the moped, identifies the driver as Mizoguchi and finds that the ignition has been punched and there's no key," Honolulu Police Sergeant Kim Buffett said.
Mizoguchi was arrested for driving a stolen moped.
"On May 13, 2013 officers were sent to the Oahu Avenue area on reports of two males looking into parked vehicles. The witnesses gave descriptions of the males. Officers drove in the area and located one of the males searching a vehicle," Sgt. Buffett said.
Sgt. Buffet says one of the men turned out to be Mizoguchi.
He was arrested for burglary and drugs.
He's now wanted on three warrants totaling $145,000 for missing his court dates.
Takeru Mizoguchi is 21-years-old, 5-foot 7-inches tall and 147 pounds.
"He's known to frequent the Honolulu area," Sgt. Buffett said.
