Hawaii based Palama Meat Company is recalling 68,000 pounds of ground beef.

Recently produced packages of 'May's Ground Beef Patties' may be contaminated with e-coli.

Palama meat company says the recall is precautionary, and none of the meat products have tested positive for e-coli.

The bacteria was detected in some raw materials.

The following products with any of the associated Lot Codes are subject to recall. A label with the production Lot Code is on every case. The production Lot Code is the date of production in a six digit number (YR DY MO). The table below contains the translation.
