The body of a woman in her 50s was discovered in a Waikiki dumpster Monday morning.
The dumpster is located in a public parking lot behind the Hawaiian Colony apartment building at the corner of Hobron Lane and Ena Road.
Neighbors said they heard a man and woman arguing at about 6:30 a.m.
"No, they were arguing with each other. She was yelling up at him, looking up and picking up stuff that was strewn on the road here by the roadside," neighbor Pauline Buckley said.
The woman has yet to be identified.
Honolulu police have classified the case as an unattended death until an autopsy can determine how the woman died.
