Officials say two people were injured from strong winds that caused a tree branch to fall on them while at the International Marketplace in Waikiki Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency officials say a 73 year-old woman and a 71 year-old man was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
The branch fell from a banyan tree and the area has been closed off.
