A Kalihi man pleads guilty to sexually assaulting one of his children's friends. Jhondireck Agpaoa pleads guilty to two counts of second degree sex assault, two counts of third degree sex assault, and kidnapping.

Judge Dexter Del Rosario agreed to a plea agreement that will mean an open ten year prison term for Agpaoa when sentenced in May, and he will have to register as a sex offender.

The guilty pleas stem from an incident that happened in April of 2010. According to court documents Agpaoa invited the child to have pizza in his apartment, and ordered his children to leave.

The court document goes on to explain how Agpaoa would not let the girl leave, "grabbing her on the arm and forcing her to sit on the couch."

The girl told police that it wasn't the first time Agpaoa has assaulted her, that her neighbor had don the same thing between 2 to 3 times.

Agapoa will be sentenced to prison on May 9th.

Another case of BS in our courts... Agpaoa gets 10 yrs. and has to register as a sex offender BFD!!! The truth is that he'll probably spend 5 yrs. or less behind bars and will be out walking our streets on parole. And as soon as his parole is over he'll stop registering as a sex offender and melt back into the crowd where no one will know his whereabouts.

You know, when a DA make a plea agreement, the criminal usually go from life in prison to 40 years in prison. What sort of plea agreement reduced the SAM into a 10 years sentence?? That mean this guy will be out in probably five years!! Why do we have such weak, lazy and weak will DA, I will never know.
