The entrance to Kaiser Permanente's Moanalua clinic was briefly shut-down on Thursday when protesters from local five staged a sit-in.
Kaiser employees and Local 5 members came to rally for a new contract -that they say wont out-source union work.
They also urged the company to hand-over reports regarding asbestos found during construction on part of the clinic.
The company says these allegations are only meant to pressure negotiations.
"All of our tests have proven that our air is safe for employees and patients," says Suzann Filleul, Kaiser Hawaii's head nurse.
"That is what it's going to take to get this company to listen to us," says Joyce Griffin, a Kaiser Hawaii employee.
Police officers gave a few dozen protesters multiple warnings before the demonstrators agreed to move.
