Ingredients

• 2 Slices Milton’s Bread
• 2-4 Slices of Oscar Mayer Natural Ham
• 2 Slices or Rings of Fresh Dole Pineapple
• 2 Slices of Muenster Cheese
• 2 Tbsp Kauai Honey
• 2 Tbsp Deli Mustard
• 2 tsp. Butter
• 3 Leaves of Romaine Lettuce
• Shaved Red Onion (optional)
• Light mayo

Directions

1. Spread 1 teaspoon butter onto one slice of Milton’s bread, place in cold skillet buttered side down. Place one or two slices of Muenster cheese and fry over medium heat until toasted.
2. Brush pineapple slices lightly with olive oil and grill on same skillet.
3. Layer ham, lettuce and pineapple onto toasted bread. Drizzle with honey mustard and lite mayo.
4. Top with other slice of bread and butter the outside of that slice. Fry over medium heat until toasted, flip and continue until both sides are toasted and filling is warmed.
