Ma'ema'e third graders took Lokahi Christmas shopping for toys today.
Students learned about sharing their hard-earned money and hearts with less fortunate children.
There were endless toys for Ma'ema'e's third grade class to choose from at KB toys Kahala Mall store.
'It's raining men' and it dances too.
Each student put a lot of thought into what toy would best bring a smile to the face of another child. Lots of lessons to take, but most of all, giving from the heart and making other people feel happy.
The children earned their shopping money doing chores, but didn't hesitate using every single dollar to buy something for someone else.
It's better to give than receive.
It's their fourth annual trip to the mall to spread holiday cheer through toys.
