Finalists entered their sandwich recipe on-line via khon2.com using Milton's breads heart-healthy breads recognized by the American Heart Association. All entries were judged based on healthiness and creativity.

• Grand prize winner Noella Querubin entered her "Grilled Hula Ham Sandwich" and won a round trip for four to Southern California and 3-day Park Hopper® passes to Disneyland®. She also receives hotel accommodation for five days and four nights and $500 in spending cash.
• 2nd Runner up winner Leslie Sylva entered her "Milton's Southwest Diablo Chicken Sandwich" and won a year's supply of bread courtesy of Milton's & Love's Bakery.

Milton's is baked fresh daily in Hawaii by Love's Bakery. Milton's breads have the "heart-check" mark on its packages. The heart-check means it is approved by the American Heart Association. This means the breads have been screened and verified to meet the American Heart Association's certification criteria to be low in saturated fat and cholesterol for healthy people over age 2.
