White Rabbit Candy Recalled

The chewy taffy-like "White Rabbit" candy is being recalled, because it may be contaminated with melamine.

The product, sold here in Hawaii and in several other states, could contain an industrial chemical which has been found in milk and other dairy products in China.

So far there are no reports of anyone getting sick from eating the candy.

Consumers are urged to throw the candy out or return it to the store where it was purchased for a full refund.
