The City Department of Transportation Services will suspend contra-flow coning on Kapiolani Boulevard and adjacent streets beginning Monday, November 7 at 3:30 p.m. through Thursday, November 10 due to APEC related road closures.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and to expect delays.
Normal contra-flow coning is expected to resume for the morning commute on Monday, November 14.
