Three city buses that service the Waikiki area will be rerouted due to APEC and the closure of Kapiolani Boulevard and Atkinson Drive.
The routes affected are City Express A, 3, and 9 from Tuesday, November 8 through Friday, November 11.
City transportation personnel will walk around the Hawaii Convention Center area to assist riders.
