The Lunalilo offramp on the H-1 Freeway westbound direction was closed as crews remove a broken rig on Piikoi Street.
Honolulu police have also closed the two left turn lanes on Piikoi Street.
Motorists are not allowed to get onto Lunalilo Street from Piikoi Street.
