HONOLULU — The state Department of Transportation advises Oahu motorists that the Freeway Service Patrol (FSP) will be operating through the Veterans Day Weekend from Friday, November 11, through Sunday, November 13, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., daily. During this time, the FSP’s range will also be extended from the H-1 Freeway at University Avenue to Pohakunui Avenue on Farrington Highway (near the Kahe Point Power Plant).
