Starting today SNAP Food Benefits shoppers can buy locally grown fruits and vegetables at a special 2 for 1 bargain at the Koloa, Lihue, and Kapa'a Sunshine Markets and the Kauai Community Market at KCC. SNAP users will receive a $1 matching coupon for each dollar spent on their EBT card (up to $5 per market/per day.)
