Some of Hollywood’s biggest stars have gathered Hawaii this week for the "Live! With Kelly in Hawaii" show.
Special guests, celebrities and a huge audience have gathered in Ko Olina all week for the "Live! With Kelly" show shot on location at Disney's Aulani Resort & Spa.
Michael Gelman, the show's executive producer and a regular who makes cameos on the show...warms up the crowd.
For some it was a family affair.
"This is my mom Brenda and my aunty Brunette and my aunty Angie,” said Clifford Laronal of Oahu.
And for others it was a chance of a lifetime.
"I actually went to the front desk after my spa treatment and said 'is their any chance to have one ticket' so I got one ticket for today I am flying home to Sacramento this afternoon so I am glad I was here for the day,” said Rose Tafoya who is visiting from California.
Many flew in from New York where the show is based including producers and directors. They all work out of a portable control room.
The gusty trades definitely made an impression during taping but it didn't stop Kelly from being her sweet, adorable and funny self.
In fact during commercial breaks she took the time to get to know the audience and make them laugh.
"It's beyond paradise, nothing could have prepared me for how warm and wonderful the crowds are,” said Kelly Ripa.
