Nearly 1,000 Hawaii Marines and sailors made it home tonight, just in time for the holidays.
Members of "America's Battalion" were greeted by family and friends at the Marine Corps Air Station in Kaneohe tonight.
The Marines and Sailors returned home after completing a seven-month deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
