Menor enters race for Honolulu City Council

A former Hawaii state senator announced Sunday that he's running for a Honolulu City Council seat.
Ron Menor said he wants to represent District 9.
That includes Central and Leeward Oahu, from Mililani to Ewa Beach.
Menor was first elected to the State House of Representatives in 1982.
He served in both the House and Senate for over 20 years.

@Wahiawamauka. You are exactly right. Menor tried to make some lame excuse about his foot and his contact lenses. What's appalling is this "politician" drove impaired and what's even more appalling is he drove impaired with his children in the car. What a LOSER.

Why doesn't the article mention how he left the senate? I hope people are smart enough not to choose another recycled politician. We all make mistakes but when we don't own up to them (especially for a politician) that is a character flaw. Someone tell him to go hang out with Mufi and Carlisle after he loses big time in the upcoming election. LOL.
