University of Hawaii Baseball team (30-23) hit the road for Mesa, Arizona today as UH prepares for the Western Athletic Conference Tournament. KHON2 Sports caught up with the Rainbows as they left the Manoa Campus and the "Home Team" expressed much confidence, especially after picking up a series clinching win over Nevada on Saturday night, marking as not only an appropriate send-off for 8 Rainbow Seniors, but also as a momentum builder heading into the post-season.

 | Rainbow Wahine eliminated from NCAA Softball Tournament
University of Hawaii Softball team (44-9) had its season come to an end tonight, falling to North Dakota State in the NCAA Championship Tournament. Lady Bows lost to the Bison, 9-7 in the first Elimination game of the Tucson Regional. In the loss, UH Head Coach Bob Coolen was ejected in the second inning, arguing what he felt should have been an interference call, when a NDSU player collided with second baseman Dara Pagaduan, forcing the Senior to leave the game and not return. The loss in Tucson marks as Hawaii's 4th straight defeat, dating back to last week's WAC Tournament.
