The benefit for the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head is a celebration of Hawaii's unique cuisine.
From fine dining to fast-food, participating restaurants will feature special prix fixe lunch and dinner menus and other dining promotions.
Restaurant Week Hawai'i's committee reads like a veritable "who's who" in Hawaii's cuisine scene, including Roy Yamaguchi, Alan Wong, DK Kodama, Chai Chaowasaree and Hiroshi Fukui, among many others.
