Honolulu Police are looking for Kalani Garcia.
"On Feb 3rd, he was arrested for 2 warrants and drugs were found in his possession. so while being booked at kailua police station it was determined he needed medication, and he was going to be transported to castle med ctr. So the officers in preparation were getting ready to handcuff him where he became combative and resisted arrest, biting the officer and spitting at them", says Kim Buffett of Crimestoppers.
Garcia was subsequently arrested and charged with assault on a law enforcement officer.
Earlier this month he failed to show up for his court hearing to determine if he's mentally fit to stand trial.
A $100,000 bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Kalani Garcia is 20 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 181 pounds.
