On this edition of Hawaii's Most Wanted, we feature a man who has 38 prior convictions and is now wanted on two warrants.

Honolulu police are looking for Stuart Kawainui.

"The first case--on March 26, 2009 an officer responded to suspicious circumstances on Kupuna Loop, where he observed a male attempting to start a Honda Civic. The officer made a check on the vehicle and found it had been reported stolen on March 25, 2009 from Waikiki," said Sgt. Kim Buffett of CrimeStoppers.

Kawainui was arrested for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.

He was also caught driving a stolen car four months later.

Kawainui is now wanted on two $20,000 warrants for not complying with the terms of HOPE Probation.

He's 39-years old, 6-1 and 170 pounds.

"He has 38 prior convictions and is known to hang out in the Pearl City area and has several tattoos," Buffett said.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of Stuart Kawainui, call Crimestoppers at 955-8300.

Two more of Hawaii's Most Wanted have been arrested.

The man we featured last weekend, Chester Pablo, is in custody on the mainland.

He was wanted on two probation revocation warrants in connection with an auto theft case and a robbery case.

Sally Tagaolo, whom we featured three weeks ago, was arrested in Waipahu on Tuesday night thanks to a tip.

She was wanted on warrants totaling $41,000.

Another good guy that drugs destroyed. Another target for HPD head shots between the eyes. Sorry pal I'll donate the bullets to HPD to blow your brains out. HPD will put you out of your misery and save tax money at the same time, no prison for you, only a bullet between the eyes. Auwe.

The fact that a man can have 38 convictions and not be serving life without parole, is an offense to the taxpaying public. Heads should roll and judges be fired.
