On this edition of Hawaii's Most Wanted we feature a man who has seventeen prior convictions and is now wanted on three warrants.

Honolulu police are looking for Ridge Santiago.

"In the first case, on September 26, 2006 the complainant lost his checkbook. A couple weeks later he got a call from his bank asking if he had written three checks to a Ridge Santiago. The complainant went down to the bank, looked at the checks, made the statement that he did not write it, not authorize it and did not know Ridge," said Sgt. Kim Buffett of CrimeStoppers.

Ridge Santiago was arrested for forgery and theft.

The next month he was also arrested for promoting dangerous drugs and for having drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop.

And last August, Santiago was arrested for breaking into a car.

He's now wanted on three $11,000 probation revocation warrants in connection with those cases.

Ridge Santiago is 23-years old, 5'7" and weighs 230 pounds.

"He has 17 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waipahu area," Buffett said.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of Ridge Santiago, call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300.

Unbelievable! He is only 27? Would you say he was a career criminal? Or would you say the judicial system HELPED HIM BECOME A CAREER CRIMINAL! No consequence for 17 prior convictions. Let him out and arrest him again and again while the general public is at risk for his criminal deeds. Get up prosecutors! Do your jobs and keep him an those like him where they belong. Away from the general public! Where are my tax dollars going?

Gee, may we can re-habilatate him! He only has 14 more convictions over the 3-strike law. What a messed-up judicial system.

Why should the public look out for this guy? The judicial system supposed to keep him locked up. 17 priors and roaming the streets.
