In this edition of Hawaii's Most Wanted we feature a woman who's wanted on a warrant in connection with a car break-in case.
Honolulu police are looking for Leinette Reyes.
In January 2008, undercover officers spotted a man breaking into a parked vehicle in Waikiki and Reyes was driving the get-away car.
"They did drive to the Waikiki Aquarium where they were approached and detained. The items were identified by the owner of the parked vehicle as the items in the trunk. They were both arrested," said Sgt. Kim Buffett of Crimestoppers.
Reyes is now wanted on a $20,000 warrant in connection with that case, for not complying with the terms of HOPE Probation.
Leinette Reyes is 26-years old, 5-feet-3 inches tall, 135 pounds.
She has a tattoo of her name on her back.
And she's known to hang out in the Waikiki area and in the Kailua-Kona, Hilo and Waikoloa areas of the Big Island.
"She has 13 prior convictions," said Buffett.
If you have any information on her whereabouts, call Crimestoppers at 955-8300.
