In this edition of Hawaii's Most Wanted, we feature a man who's wanted on warrants in connection with two shoplifting cases.

Honolulu police are looking for Jesse Ancheta.

"On September 3, 2009 at 6:30 p.m., he's observed going into Nordstrom Rack going to the juicy couture handbag section grabbing several items obviously way over the felony amount and running out of the store into a waiting Honda," said Sgt. Kim Buffett of CrimeStoppers.

Ancheta got away but was later arrested for theft, after police tracked him down through the license plate number.

He was also arrested last March outside of Macy's Ala Moana, after loss prevention officers caught him stealing clothes.

He's now wanted on two $20,000 warrants for not complying with the terms of HOPE probation.

Jesse Ancheta is 29-years old, 5-feet-6-inches tall and 160 pounds.

"He's known to hang out in the Honolulu and Waipahu areas," Buffett said.

If you have any information on his whereabouts, call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300.

Some good news, the man we featured last Saturday on Hawaii's Most Wanted has been captured.

Joshua Lagrange was arrested the next morning in Aina Haina on a $20,000 warrant.

And a woman we featured last month -- Christy Ann Kaui -- was also captured this week.

She was arrested in the Ward area on two $20,000 warrants thanks to a tip.

another hope probation, not showing up, does this hope probation work or is it just a scam for holding individuals in a certain space til they can get their act together which apparently they are not many of them do not comply, so why put them in the hope program, wasting our tax dollars for these people just lock em up already, now if he found which most likely he going to trial which going to cost money our money I don't see the point of this Hope program.
