On this edition of Hawaii's Most Wanted we feature a man who's wanted on a warrant in connection with a 28 year old case on the Big Island.

Honolulu police are looking for Donald Santiago.

"On December 6, 1983 he picked up several teenagers and gave them a ride to Kona, while on the ride he supplied them with drugs and alcohol," said Sgt. Kim Buffett of CrimeStoppers. "On the way back he dropped off the teenagers, all but one female. He drove to a secluded cane road where he sexually assaulted her and held her against her will with a weapon. He was later identifed and arrested on sex assault in the first degree."

He's now wanted on a no bail parole retake warrant for violating the terms of his probation.

Donald Santiago is 73-years-old, 5'3", 138 pounds.

He has a glass left eye.

"And he's known to frequent the Waianae Boat Harbor and Waianae areas," Buffett said.

If you know where Donald Santiago is, call Crimestoppers at 955-8300.

And we have some great news, three of the people we've featured on Hawaii's Most Wanted were captured on Thursday.

Thanks to a tip from the public, Robin Yamaguchi, whom we featured two weeks ago, was arrested in Maili for his $100,000 and $500 warrants.

Hans Poouahi, who we featured last month, was arrested in Waianae on a $20,000 warrant.

And Jercobe Wyatt, whom we featured last year in July, was arrested in Maili for his two $20,000 warrants.
