In this edition of Hawaii's Most Wanted, we feature a woman who has 24 prior convictions and is now wanted on three warrants.

Honolulu police are looking for Deborah McGovern.

"Her first case on December 10, 2008 at 9:30 p.m. a witness driving by observed her roommate's vehicle parked on Bachelot Street near Judd Street being searched by a female. She stops her vehicle, confronts the female, observes her getting into a white Toyota Camry, calls the police notes down the license plate," said Sgt. Kim Buffett of CrimeStopper.

As it turns out, the Camry had been reported stolen.

Then two days later, police say McGovern broke into a van, and was seen leaving in the same stolen Camry.

An officer saw the Camry parked on Kuakini Street with McGovern standing next to it.

Witnesses identified McGovern as the suspect in the two prior cases.

She was arrested for the car break-ins and auto theft and is now wanted on three $50,000 warrants for not showing up for her status review hearing this month.

Deborah McGovern is 42-years-old, 5'6" tall and 150 pounds.

"And she has 24 prior convictions and their for burglaries and thefts and forgeries," Buffett said.
