Add this story to the many career criminals who are now on the streets. When is accountablity just on the backs of the career criminals? The role models in the justtice system should step up and be accountable to those they are hired to protect from the likes of Mr. Martin!

We need more strict penalties for crimes committed in America. We need to start frying the murderers and rapists, along with anyone that is incorageable (hope I spelled that right). The reason that this scum bag is on the streets is overcrouding in the prison system. The reason for overcrouding is repeat offenders and career criminals that make a life out of being in prison. If we were to start getting rid of them, the rates of crimes being commited would decrease, the prison system would not be as crouded, and scum bags like this could spend the rest of his life in jail without worrying about making room for someone with a worse crime. I hope that made sense, I've had the flu all weekend, and am rambling at this point!!!! PEACE!

The only thing that a liberaly run democratic society creates is crime. This government is so upside down in it's moral values it's like the inmates running the asylem. This is a problem that is everybody's fault for leaving the foundation blocks that this country was establised on, which is God, Jesus Christ and the Bible. This country is falling apart for that reason only.

What a joke! Why is this guy even on the streets? 37 prior convictions, and he's out. And now, as usual, HPD wants us to help them find this guy. Why doesn't the legal system just lock this kind of guys up and set a million dollar bail? Next, after his 38th conviction, he'll run away again, and Crimestoppers will ask the public to help look for him.
