Honolulu police are looking for Chester Crisostomo.
"On April 30th at 6:30 pm, an officer is on Moloalo Street, and he observes a moped driving on the shoulder area passing cars that are stopped in traffic. he pulls the moped over and notices the ignition is punched", explains Kim Buffett of Crimestoppers.
Police say the moped was stolen from Salt Lake Boulevard last October.
Crisostomo was arrested for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle and driving without a license.
"He failed to show up for trial for this case and the warrant is $30,000".
Chester Crisostomo is 45-years old, 5-feet-7 inches tall, and 145 pounds.
"He does hang out in the Waipahu area. he does have six prior convictions".
