On Hawaii's Most Wanted we feature a man who has more than a dozen prior felony convictions and he's now wanted on a warrant.
Honolulu police are looking for Bernard Apo Jr.
"On February, 2009 at 1:30am, the complainant went to Kochi restaurant at 1936 S. King Street went into get something to eat returned about 20 minutes later".
"He was met by the manager of the restaurant who saw apo in this customer's car," explains Kim Buffett of Crimestoppers.
Police say Apo took off down the street, and was chased by the manager, victim and another witness.
They found Apo hiding in the bed of a truck.
"Apo jumps out, strikes the complainant in the head and flees again. officers were flagged down and he was apprehended".
Apo was charged with Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle and Assault.
He's now wanted on a 30-thousand dollar bench warrant for not showing up for his trial earlier this month.
Bernard Apo Jr. Is 37-years old, 5-feet-10-inches tall, and 255 pounds.
He has 15 prior felony convictions.
"And they're for burglary, dangerous drugs, again UCPVS".
