Our Founders put a critical protection in the U.S. Constitution to ensure that no person with real or possible foreign loyalties could be the Commander in Chief of the Military. There is ONLY ONE office named in the Constitution that calls for NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP as a requirement for the office. The office of the president of the United States (or VP today). Read Articles II, Section I, Clause 5. For all other offices the requirement is to be a CITIZEN (which today includes 14th Amendment citizens). The NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP requirement for the office of president stand as it did the day the Constitution was signed; unchanged by the 14th Amendment. By his own admission Barry Soetoro (AKA Barack Hussein Obama II)'s father was a Kenyan born British subject who never attained U.S. citizenship or even legal residency status. Whatever document Obama presented as his alleged birth certificate after pressure from Trump is definitely a fake. He needs to be removed from office. The socialist bent media is protecting him vigorously as always. Sad for America. Needless to say, the citizens of America are being duped daily.

I will laugh when many cannot get their drivers license because they are not American Citizens or legal to be in Hawaii or even drive.

These birthers are taking this out of context and trying to make it suit their case and cause. Regardless if Obama is not a natural born citizen, he is still a citizen of the United States and that alone makes him eligible based on the wording of our Constitution as follows: "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." The president was a citizen of the United States long after the adoption of the Constitution therefore there is no argument as to his eligibility. If the birthers want to deny him the presidency, then they should change the constitution. However, I do not foresee it being changed to suit their needs any time soon.
