Ron's Resolution
An estimated 45 percent of Americans make one or more resolutions each year. Hawaii at Five anchor Ron Mizutani has never made one, until now.
For the next 90 days, he will challenge his body and mind with the help of Kimo Kockelman of Hardass Fitness Cross Fit Hawaii. The goal is not to lose weight, but to kick start 2010 in better health. In the process, his concerns about high blood pressure, cholesterol and slowing metabolism will be addressed. Something thousands of others in their 40's are going through.
The program is a strength and conditioning program executed at high intensity. Stay tuned for weekly reports and tips on how to reach your health goals in 2010.
