WASHINGTON (AP) - Democrats have lost another Senate seat to the GOP, with the defeat of Russ Feingold in Wisconsin.

One of the Senate's most prominent liberal Democrats lost to political newcomer Ron Johnson, who took advantage of the antiestablishment mood and the sluggish Wisconsin economy.

Arkansas Democrat Blanche Lincoln also lost her re-election bid, and the GOP took Senate seats in Indiana and North Dakota that had been held by Democrats.

Republicans are winning more House races that had earlier been considered toss-ups as they move toward the gains they'll need to take House control next year.

The losers include incumbents Paul Kanjorski and Chris Carney in Pennsylvania.

Republican Mike Crapo has been re-elected to third Senate term from Idaho.

Oregon Democrat Ron Wyden is also remaining in the Senate for his third full term.
