The kick off to Black Friday is just hours away. If you're looking for a gift for that special senior in your life here's a few ideas.
Kanoe Gibson went shopping at Pearlridge Center and she came up with some great ideas for senior gifts.
"The first thing, I went to Bed, Bath and Beyond to find a Page Brite magnifying sheet. It's ultra-thin. You turn it on and there's a light that will actually magnify the page up to three times and I don't know how many times I've been to a restaurant with my parents fighting over who forgot their reading glasses. So it's perfect to fit in the purse and be done with it," she says.
Can't find your car keys? Here's the answer - an electronic key finder.
"You can press on one of the color coded icons, either the red or the green, and it will go to each of the key chains...the lost key chain up to sixty feet away," Gibson says.
These are called TV ears - you don't have to reach for the remote all the time.
"And the great thing about them is that when you have them on, unlike regular headphones, it actually separates the speech from the music so when the music comes in really loud it won't come in loud on the tv ears," Gibson says.
Kanoe likes this one - though she's far from a senior. Glasses that help you put on make-up.
"You put them on, and you have this empty slot here to apply your makeup or your false eyelashes and then, flip it over to the other side and voila, you can do the other eye," she says.
Finally, a collection of plaques that seniors - and maybe their children - would find rather amusing.
"The second one here says 'few things are more satisfying than seeing your children have teenagers of their own," Gibson says.
