CONTEST RULES

1. No purchase necessary to win. Void where prohibited.
2. The Contest is open to all legal residents of Hawaii and active duty military and their dependents stationed in Hawaii. Void where prohibited. Employees of prize sponsors("Sponsors") and KHON-TV and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse) are not eligible to enter. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and their participation constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
3. Proof of age and residency will be required before prizes are awarded.
4. Your Information. The information submitted by you during the registration process includes your name, email, and telephone numbers ("Personal Information") and will only be used by Sponsors in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy of each of their websites, for the purposes of administrating your participation in the Contest.
5. To qualify to win, contestants must provide all information specified in the contest instructions. Entries deemed by KHON2 to be partial, incoherent or nonsensical will be disqualified.
6. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
   1. Winners will be notified by telephone or email.
7. By entering this giveaway, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the rules and decisions of this contest which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relative to this promotion. Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, address, photograph of self, and/or voice recordings for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these official rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the promotion, drawing and redemption of prizes.
8. Winner may not substitute or change prize. All Federal, State, and Local taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. The "incredible Disney vacation," as specified in the on-air television promotion pertaining to the Live with Kelly in Hawaii ticket giveaway and web promotion, is the following:
   • A five (5) day / four (4) night trip for 1 winner and 1 guest to Honolulu, HI, on Sponsor-selected dates during 2012 ("Trip"), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [a] hotel accommodations at Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Ko Olina Hawai'i (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for four (4) nights; [b] $500 Disney Gift Card for the winner. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $X,XXX, which will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner's residence and any airport of origin, round-trip transportation between winner's residence and the hotel if winner resides on the Island of Oahu, alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor's approval. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Winner must take Trip on Sponsor-selected dates; Friday, February 17 through Tuesday February 21, or Trip will be forfeited in its entirety. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Releases are not responsible for airline cancellations or delays. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except it is transferable to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Administrator's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Administrator will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or prize. Prize elements may not be separated. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
9. KHON2, prize sponsors, Fox Broadcasting Company, News America, Inc., Fox Interactive Media, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, and the officers, directors, employees, licensees and assignees of each, (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Sponsors"), and all of the agencies, companies, corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents and related companies, successors and assigns, local corporate advertising cooperative and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies and the prize suppliers, from all advertisements are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury or property loss or other damages of winners arising from, or in connection with the prizes awarded or participation in this promotion.
10. Employees of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, and related companies, successors and assigns, local corporate advertising cooperatives and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, the prize suppliers and all immediate family members (parents, siblings and spouses) are not eligible to win.
11. Offer is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsors are not responsible or liable for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, not received, stolen, mutilated, or illegible entries.
12. KHON2 will award the winner all prize letters. The prizes are at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. No upgrades, transfers, extensions or changes are allowed to the prize. KHON2, prize sponsors, and any of the agencies, companies, corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents and related companies, successors and assigns, local corporate advertising cooperative and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies and the prize suppliers, from all advertisements are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury or property loss or other damages of winner arising from, or in connection with the prize.
13. Winner is not eligible for this promotion if that winner has won a prize within the last 30-days from KHON2, or any of the participating sponsors in this current promotion. Winner must sign an acceptance letter attesting to all of the above.
14. All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning.
15. Prizes must be used/redeemed no later than one (1) year after winning unless otherwise noted.
16. KHON2 and the contest sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant at any time for any reason.
