KHON2 is taking over the gift giving duties this Valentine's Day and would like to hear your most romantic real-life story. CONTEST RULES

1. No purchase necessary to win. Void where prohibited.
2. The Contest is open to all legal residents of Hawaii and active duty military and their dependents stationed in Hawaii, who are 21 years of age and older as of 1/27/2012. Void where prohibited. Employees of prize sponsors("Sponsors") and KHON-TV and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse) are not eligible to enter. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and their participation constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
3. Proof of age and residency will be required before prizes are awarded.
4. Your Information. The information submitted by you during the registration process includes your name, email, and telephone numbers ("Personal Information") and will only be used by Sponsors in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy of each of their websites, for the purposes of administrating your participation in the Contest.
5. Beginning January 27, 2012 contest entry forms will be available on khon2.com.
6. To submit an entry via the U.S. Postal service, send a postcard to: "KHON2's A Love Like This", c/o KHON2, 88 Piikoi Street, Honolulu, HI 96814. Mail-in requests are limited to one entry per person. MUST include full legal name and primary phone contact number, and correct puzzle answer. Email address optional.
7. To qualify to win, contestants must complete the on-line entry form or send a postcard with required information. A primary and secondary contact number must be provided. Entries deemed by KHON2 to be partial, incoherent or nonsensical will be disqualified.
8. All completed entries must be submitted between 1/27/2012 to 2/6/2012. Entry form deadlines (entry forms must be received by dates and times outlined):
   1. Winners announced weekdays February 7th - 13th, 2012 - entries must be received no later than 12pm HST, February 6, 2012.
   2. Grand prize winner will be announced February 13, 2012.
9. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
   1. Winners will be notified by telephone.
10. By entering this giveaway, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the rules and decisions of this contest which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relative to this promotion. Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, address, photograph of self, and/or voice recordings for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these official rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the promotion, drawing and redemption of prizes.
11. Winner may not substitute or change prizes unless stipulated in prize letter(s). Prizes are not transferable. All Federal, State, and Local taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

Employees of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, and related companies, successors and assigns, local corporate advertising cooperatives and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, the prize suppliers and all immediate family members (parents, siblings and spouses) are not eligible to win.

16. KHON2 will award the winner all prize letters. The prizes are at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. No upgrades, transfers, extensions or changes are allowed to the prize. KHON2, prize sponsors, and any of the agencies, companies, corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents and related companies, successors and assigns, local corporate advertising cooperative and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies and the prize suppliers, from all advertisements are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury or property loss or other damages of winner arising from, or in connection with the prize.
17. Winner is not eligible for this promotion if that winner has won a prize within the last 30-days from KHON2, or any of the participating sponsors in this current promotion. Winner must sign an acceptance letter attesting to all of the above.
18. All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning.
19. Prizes must be used/redeemed no later than one (1) year after winning unless otherwise noted.
20. KHON2 and the contest sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant at any time for any reason.
