Consent forms for stop the H1N1 Flu at school are due back this week.
Clinics are scheduled for next month and more than 300 public, private and charter schools are participating.
Kids ages five to 13 will received their free H1N1 vaccines at school.
Parents need to submit their consent forms by Friday, October 30th.
The State Department of Health also conducted seasonal flu clinics at schools two weeks ago.
