The parent company of Sears and Kmart released a list of 79 stores it plans to close and so far, no Hawaii stores are on the list.
Sears Holding Corporation said it would close up to 120 stores to raise cash.
The 79 stores set to close employs between 40 and 80 associates.
The company plans to provide updates on its website www.searsmedia.com.
