A lot of people think all he does is eat on the job, but Manolo actually does some work. Manolo has been with KHON2 since 1989. He started out as a news photographer, and became a reporter in 1993. He's been the live morning news reporter since 1996, starting the regular features on restaurants around town.
Manolo is a graduate of the University of Hawaii Broadcast Journalism Department. He went to high school in New York City, where he grew up.
